Since we closed today, I think I can officially post this. We're homeowners! And more importantly... we are not going to be homeless! WOO-HOO! After riding the California real estate roller coaster, we are happy to hop off and enjoy our new home.Right now we're having the place painted on the inside, the carpet replaced upstairs and next month my Dad will join us to install travertine tile. Have I mentioned how much I love my dad lately?!

YAAAAAAAY!!!!! We're so excited for you!!! And it's sooo beautiful! The floor plan is absolutely AMAZING! Can't wait to see how great it looks when you're done making it your own!
