Caroline and I decided to have a picnic in our front yard today! We packed up a big beach towel, strawberries, cheese, pretzels, lemonade and Caroline's new tea set from the Seviers. The weather was perfect, despite it being rainy season, and we thoroughly enjoyed lounging in the sun. Caroline is the best hostess too! She makes sure, as her guest, that your cup is never empty.
And she makes sure that there are PLENTY of pretzels for you to snack on. PLENTY.
The furry guests were not served snacks or lemonade, but they enjoyed the time outdoors nonetheless. (Furry guest on the left is Skipper, who we are petsitting currently and who is Bentley's best friend.)
Junebug and I had a lot of fun together and it's so great to know that entertainment for us is so simple. :) Nothing better than enjoying a lazy summer day under the sun, toes in the grass, tummy full of lemonade and snacks, with my favorite little person in the world.
